How We Started
Built for Families Who Wanted More
Ballard Christian Academy was founded by a mother and daughter (both educators) who shared a common conviction: that every child deserves an education rooted in strong values, academic rigor, and genuine care — regardless of where they live or what they believe.
What began as a small homeschool has grown into a fully accredited K–12 online private school serving hundreds of families across the United States and Canada. Our students include homeschoolers, traditionally enrolled students, military families, and families from a wide range of cultural and religious backgrounds.
Our faith is the foundation of everything we do — but our doors are open to all. We believe that when families of different backgrounds learn together in an environment of mutual respect, everyone grows.

A former public school curriculum specialist, Mr. Reyes brings rigorous academic standards to every grade level while ensuring faith and character are woven throughout.
